Stanelco plc (LSE: SEO) the bioplastics and Radio Frequency (RF) technology business, announces today that Clive Warner will be leaving his position as Group Finance Director to pursue other interests on 1 January 2009.
Clive has been Finance Director since March 2006 and will continue to work with the Company in the interim period to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities to Sue Bygrave, whose appointment as Group Finance Director is also being announced today.
