AMCO Corporation PLC14 March 2007 AMCO CORPORATION PLC ("THE COMPANY") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING The Company was notified today that Mr. M.R. Speakman, Interim Chairman of theCompany, today sold his entire holding of 3,000 ordinary shares in the Companyat a price of 510 pence per share. The Company was also notified today that I. Swire, the Financial Director of theCompany, today sold 7,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 510 penceper share. Mr. Swire now has an interest in 15,000 ordinary shares in theCompany representing 0.12 per cent of the current issued share capital. The Company was also notified today that D.M. Jackson, Director of the Company,today sold 4,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 510 pence pershare. Mr. Jackson now has an interest in 6,000 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 0.05 per cent of the current issued share capital. All of these shares were acquired by the Company's employee share ownershipplan. The number of shares in issue in the Company is 12,934,327.
