Under the long term agreement, BSG will deliver all data clearing services forMotiv's more than 200 international roaming partners across a network of 1million subscribers. In addition, BSG will manage the company's roamingagreement process, offering Motiv faster implementation of roaming agreementsand provide access to new industry contacts. Prior to selecting BSG, Motivhandled clearing and roaming management in-house, but decided to outsource theservice to BSG because of the transparent level of service and control thecompany provides. Motiv will benefit from reduced costs, improved operationalefficiency and an increase of revenue through new roaming traffic.
