Further Debt Reduction
BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, today announces the repayment of $2.8 million of its senior debt, under the terms of its Credit Agreement, made on June 30, 2010. Accordingly, at the close of business on June 30, 2010, total outstanding senior debt was $74.5 million.
