Dividend
The Board of Bilby Plc (AIM: BILB.L) announces that, as indicated at the time of the Company's Admission to trading on AIM, it proposes that Bilby pay a maiden final ordinary dividend of 2.32 pence per share for the financial period ended 31 March 2015. Subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM on 23 July 2015, the dividend will be paid on 28 August 2015 to those shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 July 2015.
