Following previous announcements, Bilby Plc (AIM:BILB), a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider is pleased to announce the appointment of David Guest as a Non-Executive Director of the Company ("NED") with immediate effect.
David brings significant audit experience to the Board and is currently the senior audit partner at UHY Hacker Young in Brighton. David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has extensive experience advising both UK and International companies on AIM.
David will join as a NED and Chair of the Audit Committee.
The Directors look forward to working with David and are confident Bilby will benefit from his considerable experience. The Company will be seeking to enhance the board with a further NED appointment in due course.
