Total Voting Rights

Be Heard, the digital marketing services group, announces that in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of Be Heard in issue as at the date of this notice is 1,040,778,370 with no ordinary shares held in treasury and with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The above figure of 1,040,778,370 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Be Heard, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
