Result of General Meeting
Be Heard (the "Company", AIM: BHRD), the digital marketing group, is pleased to announce that, in connection with the proposed acquisition of design, build and user experience ("UX") agency MMT Limited ("MMT Digital") (the "Acquisition") previously announced on 14 March 2016 and the placing to support the Acquisition (the "Placing") announced by the Company on 22 April 2016, all resolutions put to shareholders at the General Meeting today were duly passed.
Completion of the Acquisition and Placing ("Completion") and re-admission of the Company's enlarged issued share capital to trading on AIM ("Re-Admission") are expected to take place at 8.00am on 10 May 2016. Following Completion and Re-admission the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 652,185,161 ordinary shares.
