Board change
Carnegie Minerals Plc, the resource company with advanced exploration inΒ SenegalΒ andΒ strategic partnerships in theΒ USA,Β announces that Grant Mooney, Non-Executive Director will be leaving the BoardΒ due to other pressing business interests.
The Board thanks Grant for his efforts with the Company, especially through the IPO process and wishes him well with his other endeavours.Β The Company intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director to the Board and will make a further announcement when appropriate.
TheΒ Board also advise the appointment of Colette Gibbons ACA as company secretary of the company.
