Appointment of Chairman
Beacon Hill Resources Plc ("Beacon Hill" or the "Company") (AIM: BHR) today announces the appointment of Justin Lewis to the Board as Chairman, with immediate effect. Rahul Singh will remain as a non-executive director.

Justin Llewellyn Gareth Lewis, 35, has worked in the financial services industry for the last 13 years, principally for the Blue Oar Group, latterly located in Melbourne, Australia. Mr Lewis is a graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a Fellow of the Securities Institute (UK).
