Bioganix PLC29 October 2007 Bioganix PLC ("Bioganix", the Company") is pleased to announce the appointmentsof Oliver John Collinson O'Toole (46) and Professor Jeremy Myles Tavare (46) asexecutive (Operations Director) and non-executive directors of the Companyrespectively. Oliver O'Toole (previously Oliver Toole) has worked for Bioganix since January2006 as the Company's Technical and Operations manager. Oliver graduated fromOxford University in 1983 with a degree in Engineering, Economics andManagement. Prior to joining Bioganix, Oliver held a number of senior positionsin engineering, manufacturing and consultancy businesses. Since joiningBioganix, Oliver has made a major contribution to the growth and development ofthe business, in particular the establishment of the Suffolk (Parham) operation.The Directors of Bioganix are delighted to welcome Oliver to the Board andlook forward to his on-going contribution to the development of Bioganix. Professor Jeremy Tavare is the Professor of Biochemistry at the University ofBristol. He is also a director of ProXara Biotechnology Limited. Jeremygraduated from Bristol University in 1982 and was awarded a PhD by the same in1986. Since then he has pursued an academic career at the University of Bristolwith a one year Fellowship at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in the USA.Through his work with ProXara (a biotechnology company) and committee workwithin Bristol University and at the Medical Research Council, Jeremy hasamassed significant board and commercial experience. Bioganix are lookingforward to Jeremy's contribution to both the scientific and commercial aspectsof the business.
