On 17 November 2023, the Company purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 124.1677p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 311,257,485 ordinary shares of 2p each will remain in issue. Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC will hold 2,995,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
