Total Voting Rights

Cambridge, UK, 1 February, 2021 - In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") Bango, the global platform for data-driven commerce, notifies the market of the following.

As at 1 February 2021 the total issued share capital of Bango is 74,954,760 shares, with each share carrying one voting right. This follows the issue of 243,492 New Ordinary Shares following the exercise of employee share options during the month ended 31 January 2021.

Of the total 243,492 New Ordinary Shares issued, 143,750 have been admitted to trading under the block listing for the Bango 2005 Employee Share Option Plan. The balance of 99,742 shares have been issued under the block listing for the Bango 2017 Employee Share Option Plan.

Bango does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company is 74,954,760.

The above figure of 74,954,760 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Bango under the DTRs.
