Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that Anil Malhotra, Chief Marketing Officer of Bango, has today transferred 319,246 Ordinary Shares to Jacqueline Malhotra ("the Transfer"). The Transfer was completed to fulfil a personal financial commitment relating to a divorce settlement.
Following the Transfer, Anil Malhotra has a direct interest in 2,304,256 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.00% of Bango's total issued share capital.
