Share Purchase and Director/PDMR Dealings
Cambridge, UK, 22 October 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that on 18 October 2024, Paul Larbey, Chief Executive Officer at Bango and certain of his persons closely associated ("PCAs") purchased 36,437 Bango Ordinary Shares in aggregate at an average price of 104.24p ('the Purchase'). Following the Purchase, Paul Larbey has a direct and indirect interest in 104,761 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's total issued share capital.
