Director Shareholding
Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, announces that, on Friday 24 July 2020, Nancy Cruickshank, Non-Executive Director of Bango, purchased 16,858 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.48 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mrs Cruickshank has a beneficial interest in 16,858 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Bango.
