Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Bango plc (AIM: BGO) ("Bango"), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been published by Bango and will today be posted to shareholders who opted in to receive hard copies. The document is available to view on the Bango website https://bango.com/investor/.
The AGM will be held at 14:00 on Wednesday, 26 May 2021 at Clayton Hotel, 27-29 Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2FB.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the UK Government's restrictions and guidance on public gatherings and social distancing, the AGM will be a closed meeting and held with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders present to conduct the business of the meeting. All other shareholders are currently prohibited from attending and will be refused entry to the meeting. Proxies (other than the Chair of the meeting) will not be allowed to attend the meeting and the Directors strongly encourage shareholders to vote by appointing the Chair of the meeting as their proxy in order to have their votes counted.
All valid proxy votes on the proposed resolutions will be included in the votes to be taken at the meeting. The results of the AGM will be announced in the normal manner as soon as practicable following the AGM.
Shareholders are invited to call in to the AGM to listen to proceedings of the meeting. Shareholders interested in registering for the call can do so by emailing bango@fticonsulting.com no later than 14:00 on Tuesday, 25 May 2021. Please ensure you have proof of shareholding and identity available to register.
The Board welcomes engagement with its shareholders and those who have questions relating directly to the business of the AGM can forward their questions to the Company Secretary by emailing agm@bango.com no later than 14:00 on Tuesday, 25 May 2021. Answers to these questions will be posted on bango.com/investor as soon as practicable after the AGM.
Following the formal business of the AGM there will be an online Q&A session with the Board and we encourage all shareholders to submit questions in the online tool.

As published in the Company's Final Results announcement on 16 March 2021, the Annual Report is available to download from https://bango.com/ investor/ and has been sent to those shareholders who opted in to receive hard copies.
