Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement made by Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") on 20 December 2019, the completion of the C Share Conversion earlier today, and pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited ("the Company") notifies the market of the following:
As at 8:00am on 7 January 2020, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 480,521,838 Ordinary Shares of no par value, denominated in Euros and each carrying the right to 1 vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 480,521,838.
The Company also holds 2,380,956 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The above figure (480,521,838) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
