Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Blackstone Loan Financing Limited ("the Company" or "BGLF"), notifies the market of the following:

As at 5.00pm on 31 January 2023, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 442,996,052 Ordinary Shares of no par value, each carrying the right to 1 vote and denominated in Euros.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 442,996,052. The Company also holds 39,906,742 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure 442,996,052 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
