Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

As at 5.00pm on 31 October 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 478,448,331 Ordinary Shares of no par value, each carrying the right to 1 vote and denominated in Euros.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 478,448,331. The Company also holds 4,454,463 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure (478,448,331) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Please refer to the Company's Transaction in Own Shares announcements on 29 and 30 October 2020, for details of what the Company's total voting rights will be pursuant to buyback transactions settling after 31 October 2020.
