Share Repurchase Programme

Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") announces that, under the general authority to buy back shares conferred by the Company's shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 16 July 2020, it intends to continue buying back shares in the market using available cash with a view to reducing the discount to NAV at which the Company's Ordinary Shares are currently trading.

As per the Company's prospectus issued on 23 November 2018, the Directors may, at their absolute discretion, use available cash to purchase in the market Ordinary Shares at any time, subject to having been granted authority to do so, should the Ordinary Shares trade at an average discount to NAV per Share of more than 7.5 per cent. as measured each month over the preceding six month trading period.

The Company has for the year-to-date repurchased 1,413,507 Ordinary Shares for an aggregate consideration of €857,584. The Directors are conscious of the discount at which the Company's Ordinary Shares are currently trading and will continue to monitor the Company's share price rating and relevant factors such as the Company's available cash resources, in connection with any decision to buy back shares. The Company's approach to buybacks will also remain under review.
