The following amendments have been made to the Dividend Declaration announcement released on 20 July 2017 at 16:30 under RNS No 6756L.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 28 July 2017 (rather than the 27 July 2017), and the ex-dividend date will be 27 July 2017 (rather than 28 July 2017).

All other details remain unchanged.

The Board has declared a dividend of €0.025 per Euro Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2017 to 30 June 2017. This dividend is payable on 18 August 2017 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 28 July 2017, and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 27 July 2017.
