In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms Heather MacCallum, a Director of the Company, has informed the Company that it is intended that she be appointed as a director of City Merchants High Yield Trust Ltd, subject to the necessary regulatory clearances being received from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

A further announcement will be made subject to the finalisation of this appointment.
