On 04/04/2024, the Company announces the purchase of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 745.00p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.
Following the transaction there will be 4,775,595 shares held in Treasury.
The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are 89,552,614.
The above figure (89,552,614) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
