Issue of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an Offer for Subscription of up to £20 million of Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £10 million of Ordinary Shares (the "Offer")
Further to the offer for subscription for Ordinary Shares of the Company that was launched on 11 November 2019, the board of directors of the Company announces that the Offer will close to new applications at 10am on 25 September 2020.
