Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Blackfinch Spring VCT plc (the "Company") would like to notify the market of the following.
As at 30 April 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 9,818,827 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the issued share capital and total number of voting rights of the Company are 9,818,827. This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Blackfinch Spring VCT plc under the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
