Proposed Board Appointment

Further to the announcement at 11:00 a.m on 25 May 2023 ("Fundraising Announcement") the following information is notified in relation to Bob Fary, currently the Group's VP of Global Sales. It is proposed that Mr Fary will join the board as an Executive Director subject to satisfactory completion of the requisite due diligence and nominated adviser checks.

Mr Fary currently holds 400,000 options in the Company. As notified in the Fundraising Announcement he has subscribed for 32,000 new ordinary shares in the Subscription.
