The Company was notified that on 7 October 2021 Chief Financial Officer Tony Dyer had sold 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 88.0 pence per share and that at the same time his personal SIPP had purchased 90,000 shares at 88.05p per share.
Mr Dyer's total interest in the Company remains at 636,941 shares, 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
