Belluscura plc (AIM: BELL), a leading medical device developer focused on lightweight and portable oxygen enrichment technology, confirms that further to the notification on 10 August 2022 in respect of his exercise of options over 690,395 shares, Robert Rauker (CEO) has today transferred 455,064 shares to his ex-wife pursuant to a divorce settlement.
Following the transfer, Mr Rauker's holding is 1,191,015 shares and his total interest in the Company is 0.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
