Options granted at an option price of 51 pence over 100,000 Ordinary Shares and an option price of 36.69 pence over 50,000 Ordinary Shares.

Nature of the transaction

Exercise of options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 51 pence and 50,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 36.69 pence. The Options have been exercised by net settlement, using the closing price on 11 December 2019 of 87.5 pence. This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 70,748 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
