With offices in eight countries DOCS needed a truly flexible system withmulti-language capability as well as a supplier able to smoothly execute aEuropean rollout of this scale. With such specific requirements an off-the-shelfsolution was never going to be suitable for DOCS. The need for correspondence tobe generated in multiple languages, from within the same single instance of theapplication meant that very few software suppliers could comply with the strictbrief. Despite looking first to local suppliers in Holland, DOCS ultimately found thatBond were the only supplier able to comprehensively meet their requirements. Todo this Bond configured some bespoke workflow to complement Adapt's existingbest practice processes. The 100 user system was rolled out to eight countriesin less than nine months, an impressively quick turnaround.
