Hamptons selected Bond to streamline its recruitment process in order to managehigh volumes of applications and use company resources more efficiently. Bond has been awardedthe contract due to the functionality of its Applicant Tracking Software, whichis able to configure the system to meet Hamptons's specific needs. Implementation of the configured version of the Adapt Workforce Managementsystem will start in November 2006.
