Bond supplies Adapt software to Hays Resource Management, who have over thecourse of many years configured it to their specific requirements and offered itto their client base as part of a managed Recruitment Process Outsourcingservice under the name HaysWorkflow Hays undertook a review to ensure that they had a "best of breed" system tosupport both their existing clients and their strategy for future expansionglobally. After five months of detailed analysis of specialist recruitmentsoftware in the US, Europe and the UK, Hays concluded that HaysWorkflow wasstill the right choice to enable them to meet their business targets. The reviewpraised the product's completeness of functionality, highlighting itsdevelopment and configuration facilities as well as its Temporary WorkerManagement function. Last year, Hays filled over 160,000 temporary and permanent specialist jobs withover 30,000 employers. Currently 26 Hays Resource Management clients in the UKand Australasia, leading edge public and private sector organisations, interfacewith Bond's technology via HaysWorkflow.
