In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, BMO Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 30 April 2022 the Company had 107,289,022 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue including 147,819 held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 107,141,203.
