Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
On 21 March 2024, the Company was notified of the following transfers of ordinary shares of 1 pence of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Trevor Mather, Chair of the Company, to Persons Closely Associated with Trevor Mather:
1) A transfer of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse Suzanne Mather for nil consideration. The shares that will now be held by Suzanne Mather will continue to be included in Trevor Mathers' overall holding.
2) A transfer of 70,000 Ordinary Shares to the Mather Family Charitable Trust (Charity No. 1180415) for nil consideration. Trevor Mather and Persons Closely Associated are Trustees therefore the Mather Family Charitable Trust is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather and these shares will continue to be included in Trevor Mathers' overall holding.
Following these transactions, Trevor Mather's, together with his Persons Closely Associated, holding remains unchanged at 5,081,418 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.04% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transactions are below.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing forms can be found below.
