Better Capital PCC Limited 2009 Cell

Further to Better Capital PCC Limited's (the "Company") announcement on 1 March 2013 following the disposal of certain of the debt instruments in ATH Resources Plc and its subsidiary, Aardvark TMC Limited, the directors of the Company are pleased to confirm a second distribution of capital of 6.0 pence per ordinary share to all shareholders of the 2009 Cell. In line with the first distribution, this distribution of £12.4 million will be treated by the Company as a reduction of share capital paid out of monies attributed to the "share capital account".

The two capital distributions (reductions of share capital) announced to date for the 2009 Cell total £26.5 million, c. 12.6% of funds raised.
