Better Capital PCC Limited 2009 Cell
Better Capital PCC Limited is reporting that BECAP Fund LP (the "2009 Fund") has provided further funding to Macsco 30 Limited ("Fairline"), the holding company of Fairline Boats Limited.
The 2009 Fund is pleased to commit a further £5.37 million to Fairline to fund continuing business initiatives including the ongoing restructuring, the launch of the new 48ft platform and the automisation and re-layout of the manufacturing process.
£4.63m was also drawn down from the minority shareholder, West Register (Investments) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC.
The total amount committed and invested in Fairline by the 2009 Fund now stands at £22m.
