NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs") AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 30 October 2024, Elaine Fitzpatrick-Quinn (PCA with Leo Quinn, Group Chief Executive) sold 317,071 shares in the Company.
Following the sale of 317,071 shares, Leo Quinn, Group Chief Executive, holds a total of 3,381,533 shares (including shares held by PCAs with Leo Quinn and shares held in the Share Incentive Plan and excluding unvested awards made under the Company's share plans).
