Result of AGM
BB Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.
The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 30 November 2019.

On the record date for voting at the meeting, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprised 439,657,062 ordinary shares and this was the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company.
Copies of all the resolutions passed, other than ordinary business, will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
The Directors are aware that the AGM is typically a good opportunity for shareholders to meet the Board and the Portfolio Manager; however given concerns arising from the Covid-19 pandemic this was not possible. The Board would encourage shareholders to submit any questions by e-mail to
