Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Notification is given that the LTIP awards for 2019-2022 originally granted on 23 December 2019 have vested and that the relevant number of shares in the Company been issued to the relevant participants yesterday, 31 May 2023, in accordance with the rules of the LTIP and the relevant performance criteria. Notification is further given that the STIP awards for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, one third of which was to be settled in shares, after taking into account any tax liability, have also vested and the relevant number of shares have been issued to the participants yesterday, 31 May 2023. No payment by the participants was required for the grant of the awards, on vesting, or on issue.
The individual vested awards were as follows;
