Directorate Change

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that, with effect from 30 April 2013, Mr Michael Denny has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of the Company. With effect from the same date, Mr Arne Speer has retired as a member of the Management Board. The position is executive.

The Management Board is responsible for the management of the Company, including undertaking the discretionary investment management of the Company's assets, subject to the overall supervision (but not the control, save in respect of certain matters detailed in the Articles) of the Supervisory Board.

The information required by LR 9.6.13 will be announced as soon as possible.
