Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV SA ("BBGI" or "the Company") announces that Mr. Thomas Töpfer has informed the Company of his intention to resign from the Supervisory Board. His resignation took effect yesterday.
Mr. Töpfer is a member of the Executive Board of Bilfinger SE ("BSE"), a 17.4% shareholder of BBGI, and has sat on the Supervisory Board since its formation in 2011 as the BSE-nominated director.
BBGI will consider seeking an additional Supervisory Board Member in due course.
Mr. David Richardson, Chairman of BBGI, said: "I would like to thank Thomas for his considerable input to the Company in its critical early phase despite the pressures from his other responsibilities. We have appreciated his wise counsel and his help in ensuring that the continuing relationship between BBGI and BSE has developed well. He has our best wishes for his continuing role in Bilfinger."
