Following the acquisitions, Michael Tobin now holds 128,318 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.23% of the issued share capital, Paul Howard now holds 149,577 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.27% of the issued share capital and Stephen Morana now holds 199,783 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.35% of the issued share capital.
