Transaction in Own Shares - Replacement

The 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 22 June 2026 at 07.00 under RNS no. 0986J contained an incorrect figure in the final paragraph of the announcement. This has been corrected to 11,121,057. The full text of the corrected announcement in respect of the most recent transaction in own shares is below:

The Company announces that it has purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at 1561.32 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 18,223,413 ordinary shares, of which 7,102,356 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 11,121,057 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
