FIL Limited, FIL Holdings (UK) Limited, FIL Investments International and FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Limited, together, now control the voting rights over 29,579,911 shares (5.11% of the voting rights) of Bakkavor Group plc.

As at 31 March 2022 FIL Limited, FIL Holdings (UK) Limited, FIL Investments International and FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Limited controlled the voting rights over 22,620,851 shares (3.9% of the voting rights). This change from 3.9% to 5.11% is due to the purchase of 6,959,060 shares between 31 March 2022 and 8 April 2022.
