Change of Name

The Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name into Velox3 PLC. Velox means 'quick' or 'fast' in Latin, adding the 3 for the tagline 'Immediate Investment Instruments'.

As announced on 4 December 2014, the Directors intended to use Amesi plc, but recent review of the name showed that this name could have led to potential trademark conflicts.

The Directors believe the new name, Velox3 plc, fits better to the recently approved Investing Policy as the Company is no longer active in the gaming industry.

The ticker code on the London Stock Exchange will be changed from 247 into VLOX on 30 March 2015.
