Veltyco Group plc (AIM: VLTY), the online marketing company for the gaming industry, is pleased to announce that Paul Duffen, Non-Executive Chairman, has assumed the role of Executive Chairman with immediate effect, whilst the search for a Chief Executive Officer continues.
As previously announced on 30 January 2019, the search for a new CEO remains the highest priority for the Board and further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
