Accsys Technologies PLC24 April 2007 London, 24th April 2007 AIM: AXS Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys" or "the Company") Director/Notifiable Interests The Company has received notification on 23rd April 2007 that Rajhi Holdings hasincreased its holding in the Company to a notifiable interest of 9,000,000ordinary shares representing 6.4% of the total voting rights in the Company. The Company has also received notification on 23rd April 2007 that UBS WealthManagement (UK) Limited, on behalf of clients, has increased its holding in theCompany to a notifiable interest of 6,156,453 ordinary shares representing 4.4%of the total voting rights in the Company. The Company also announces that on 23rd April, 2007, the following directors ofAccsys dealt in the Company's ordinary shares as follows: Gordon A. Campbell purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company and currentlyowns a total of 100,000 ordinary shares. Edward J Pratt sold 720,000 shares in the Company at a price of €2.77 per shareand currently owns a total of 618 ordinary shares and has options over anaggregate of 1,720,000 ordinary shares. Glyn C Thomas sold 480,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €2.77per share and currently owns a total of 618 ordinary shares and has options overan aggregate of 1,230,000 ordinary shares. The Company had previously announced that on 29th March 2007 Edward J Pratt andGlyn C Thomas had exercised options to subscribe for the same number of ordinaryshares described above at a subscription price of €0.46 per share. Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital which carriesvoting rights at the date of this notice is €1,406,456.19 and consists of140,645,619 ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with one voting right per ordinaryshare, all of which have been admitted to trading on AiM. None of the ordinaryshares are held by the Company in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 140,645,619. Thisfigure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or achange to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
