Board Changes

Accsys announces that Finlay Morrison has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Paul Clegg, an existing director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 August 2009.

Following this transition, and later in the year, Willy Paterson-Brown will assume the role of non executive Chairman.

Following recent announcements regarding increased capacity in Arnhem and related improved efficiencies in the production process, together with the advances made regarding the engineering design, the Company believes it is now ready to move ahead with the next stage of the development of the business. Management changes reflect this new focus.

Willy Paterson-Brown stated, "We are extremely grateful to Finlay Morrison for all his hard work and efforts for the Company, particularly in contributing to a series of manufacturing improvements and we wish him well in the future. I would like to welcome Paul Clegg as our new Chief Executive Officer. Paul has been involved with the Company since last year and is well positioned to lead the next chapter of our development and I look forward to working closely with him during this transitionary period."
