Directors' Interests

The Company announces that Stefan P. Allesch-Taylor has stepped down from its Board. Mr Allesch-Taylor has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2005.

Willy Paterson-Brown, Executive Chairman of Accsys commented, "I would like to thank Stefan for his help and support over the past three years, a period which has seen significant growth for the Company. We wish him well with all his future endeavours".

The Company was advised on 9th May, 2008, that a trust, which held a majority of the issued share capital of MacNiven and Cameron Equity Holdings Limited had been dissolved. MacNiven and Cameron Equity Holdings Limited held 20,000,000 shares in the Company and three directors, Messrs Allesch-Taylor, T Paterson-Brown and W Paterson-Brown were discretionary beneficiaries of that trust. Accordingly, these directors had previously disclosed their beneficial interest in these shares, which now falls away. MacNiven and Cameron Equity Holdings Limited hold no shares in the Company.

On the same date, the following Non-Executive Director advised the Company that he now had the following beneficial interests:

T Paterson-Brown 2,500,000 Ordinary shares

As previously announced, the Company was advised on 29th March, 2008, that on 28th March, 2008, the following director of Accsys dealt in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

William Paterson-Brown, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,000,000 (two million) ordinary shares in the Company at a price of €2.20 each, for an aggregate amount of €4,400,000.
